What is a blog?A blog is a web log. A web log is like a journal that is placed on the web. People use blogs to voice their opinions and provide information on just about anything. You don’t have to write a lot of articles to have an impact. Just a short testimony and a few articles with links to Christian websites will help searching people find out about Jesus.This is how you can do it. 1. Set up your blog site. The people who connect you to the Internet (your ISP) will probably allow you to have a web page for free, if not, sites like www.jumba.com.au and www.godady.com have cheap hosting services. Also www.blogger.com offers a free blog service. You don’t need to have a large website just an "about me" page with a short testimony of something that God has done for you or through you would be a great start. You could include a link to your own church’s website or just it’s contact details if it does not have a website. 2. Register your site with the search engines. Here is the link for Google. Here is the link for Yahoo. (They require you to open a Yahoo account but the service is free) Here is the link for MSN. 3. Add links to Christian websites. A domain name is your own personal web address. i.e. www.your-own.com If you want to have your own domain name then go to a site like www.jumba.com.au or www.godady.com.
