A list of Christian websites worth linking to
Why should Christians link to Christian websites?

on the Internet? for an explanation of why this is so important.

Linking to websites
You could have an impact on what content is found by search engine
users. A link to a website is a vote for that website. Write a
description in your own words about
the page you are linking to. The ideal page size is 200 words or more.
It is important that your description matches the topic of the page you
are linking to. This will help search engines determine
that your website is not just advertising the site you are linking to.
You can cut and paste (copy) the HTML
snippets below. Ask someone who has experience with computers if you
don’t understand what I am talking about.
Here are some
websites with quality articles worth linking to.
A list of sites
Next Wave International
I highly recommend linking to Next
Wave International's website. Mal Fletcher and his team have a
great vision for reaching people on the Internet, each link to this
site will have an invaluable impact.

Grantley Morris
Grantley Morris
has a wide range of articles on his website designed to capture the
attention of and speak to lost and hurting people.
Peter Kelley
Peter Kelley has a blog that deals
with Christian, technical, political, life and other subjects.
I would appreciate it if you could add links to my website
as well.
This will not just boost my site's ranking in search engines, it will
boost the ranking of the sites that I link to as well. In exchange I
will add a link to your site (so long as your content is compatible
with the content on my website). Please email
me with a short description of you website.
You could write words to the effect "Read this web page if you want to
know how to become a Christian".
Read this web page if you want to know <a

Christian.
It is important to have real text in your links to other pages and on
your own web page. Design your page so that people would like to read
it. Be careful that your page isn't just webspam. Webspam is a list of
links, (especially hidden links), pages full of (hidden or unhidden)
keywords or adverts with no real content. Search engines
are being
designed to detect webspam. Please keep your links "on
topic" and do not
have more than 100 links on one page. The ideal number of external
links on a page is probably about 15 (search engines don't tell you the
exact number). Design your links so that they
explain the subject of the page that
you are linking to. Please don't use "Click here" or "Read this",
search engines will not know what the topic of the site you
are linking to is.
Thanks,
Les.
